Dr. Ascunce is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also caring and responsive. He explains everything and has the patient share in decision making about treatment. In 2025 he was voted one of the top doctors by his peers, getting an award from the New York Times.
In a previous contact, when the insurance company denied permission for an essential treatment, Dr. Asunce acted quickly, possibly saving my life.
He and his staff respond quickly to questions and follow up to assure treatment is effective. I give him my highest recommendation
